Inyo-Mono Association for the Handicapped (IMAH) and IMAH’s Sierra Thrift Mall have been doing business with Sierra Security Systems and their professional staff since February of 2012. At that time IMAH’s Board of Directors wanted to make sure IMAH was secure. Sierra Security Systems responded quickly to our request for a proposal. At that time a security alarm system was installed throughout IMAH’s building and they upgraded our fire alarm system. This was the beginning of an awesome professional business relationship.
Since that time IMAH has added a covert surveillance system throughout the entire building, installed panic buttons in strategic locations and added cameras to the outside of IMAH’s Sierra Thrift Mall.
We are now in the process of adding additional cameras to complete the coverage of the outside of our building and upgrading our older cameras and playback system. Remote access for playback and live action saves staff time and our response.
Sierra Security Systems staff is responsive to every need or request we have, even on evenings and weekends. We are always satisfied with the quick response we get, considering the huge area Sierra Security Systems covers.
